48 hour notice is required for any and all appointment cancelations or adjustments, and must be made by phone or email. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No show/no call will result in 100% fee of scheduled service upon rebooking. We reserve the right to refuse service for abuse of these policies.
